The Shropshire Union Canal, at the far end of this site,
which by bike or on foot leads directly to Chester city centre (just under three
miles away). It also provides fishing.
The Site is close to Chester City Centre, a delightful walled city, where there are plenty of things to see and do. Boat trips on the River Dee or the Shropshire Union Canal, visit the Cathedral, walk round the city walls, or in the park, or visit the old shopping streets on two levels called ‘The Rows’, unique in Europe. site.
